Nature of the services
OVIERO readings, including psychic, tarot, astrology, numerology and similar services, are offered for entertainment, personal reflection and informational purposes. They are not statements of fact and do not guarantee future events, another person's private thoughts, reconciliation, financial results, health outcomes or any other specific result.
Do not rely on a reading as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety, mental-health or other high-stakes decisions. Seek an appropriately qualified professional when professional advice is needed.
Personalized orders
You are responsible for providing accurate information and lawful questions or requests. We may decline, limit or cancel requests that are abusive, unlawful, impossible to fulfill, or inappropriate for the service.
Digital delivery
Delivery is electronic unless expressly stated otherwise. Estimated delivery windows are shown on the relevant product or order-details page. Delays may occur when required information is missing or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Payments and final sale
Prices are shown at checkout before purchase. Personalized digital services are final sale except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please review the Refund Policy for details.
Intellectual property and personal use
Reports, videos, audio and other materials supplied to you are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may keep a copy for yourself, but you may not resell, reproduce for commercial use, or represent OVIERO content as your own service without written permission.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OVIERO is not liable for decisions, actions, losses or outcomes based on a customer's interpretation or use of a reading. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the store at the time of use will apply, subject to applicable law.
