Digital Delivery Policy
OVIERO sells personalized digital readings and related digital services. No physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Delivery method
Completed readings are delivered electronically, generally to the email address used at checkout or through another digital delivery method stated on the product page.
Delivery timing
Customers may be offered different preparation speeds, including 4-hour, 12-hour or 24-hour delivery. The delivery tier selected at checkout determines the target preparation window. Timing begins after we receive the information reasonably required to prepare the order.
Delivery windows are service targets rather than guarantees. Unusually high order volume, incomplete customer information, technical issues, fraud screening or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Customer responsibility
Please provide a valid email address and check spam, junk and promotions folders. If you believe your delivery window has passed and you have not received your order, contact us so we can investigate and re-send the digital delivery if necessary.
