Refund Policy
OVIERO provides personalized digital readings and other made-to-order digital services. Because work may begin shortly after an order is placed and each reading is created for the individual customer, purchases are final sale and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Personalized digital services
Once an order has been submitted, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with an interpretation, disagreement with a reading, or because a hoped-for outcome did not occur. Psychic, tarot, astrology and similar readings are subjective services offered for entertainment and self-reflection and do not guarantee future events or specific results.
Errors or delivery problems
If you receive the wrong file, cannot access your delivery, or believe your order is materially incomplete, contact us promptly. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct or re-deliver the digital service.
Incorrect customer information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, birth details, questions and other information used to prepare a reading. If you notice an error before fulfillment begins, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after preparation has started.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
